I'm Scott Monroe from Windermere Real Estate, and I specialize in helping people buy and sell homes in the greater Seattle area. My commitment to my clients is that they will always know where I stand, and I'll tell them the truth even when it hurts.
For buyers, I use my construction background to predict any potential inspection or ownership issues. I also provide advice on what is realistic and what isn't for each home we look at.
For sellers, I work hard to anticipate any potential inspection issues and decide when it's worth doing something about them and when it's not. In other words, I'll help you avoid wasting money on the wrong things.
For both buyers and sellers, I use my 20 years of real estate experience to negotiate the best outcome.

- Prior to real estate I was working in Japan for several home builders. I had studied Japanese and loved the culture. As the Japanese market (bubble) began to crash I could see that things were about to change in a big way. A friend suggested that, with my building experience and background, real estate would be a great career. I took their advice and so began my odyssey with Windermere Real Estate. It's the only company I've worked for and I'm absolutely loved it.
