8914 Stone Green Way is located in the prime East-End, offering easy access to I-64 and I-264 through Hurstbourne Pkwy and Taylorsville Road. This shared office space offers flexible short-term leases with no long-term commitments and all utilities and business internet included. Tenants are provided with 24/7 keyless entry access, two shared conference meeting spaces, two shared restrooms, a shared full kitchen on the main level and a shared kitchenette with mini-fridge and microwave on the upper level. An on-site property manager is available for assistance and free parking is provided for tenants and guests. There are plans to add a 30-75 person meeting/event/venue space on the lower level. This shared office space provides tenants with an array of amenities and services designed to enhance their experience. Seattle Farm

Our Seattle Farm has been in the family for over 100 years and is a full-service event venue. We strive to provide visitors with the opportunity to interact with our animals, while also giving them the chance to enjoy the farm. We specialize in private events and can accommodate up to 300+ people. Our covered arena ensures that any rain won't ruin the occasion, and our guests will be able to connect with the farm animals and witness the produce being grown. We also provide handmade wooden tables and benches, made from trees that fell on the farm, as well as a covered wagon.On site, we have parking for over 200 cars (depending on the season), a full-service kitchen, four plumbed bathrooms, and WiFi throughout the barn and arena. The Bowden Events & Weddings

The Bowden Events & Weddings is a premier event venue located in Keller, Texas, conveniently situated in the heart of DFW. It features a grand ballroom with 9,500 sq. ft. of space, capable of hosting up to 550 guests. The ceilings are 24-31 feet high and are equipped with adjustable lighting and multiple chandeliers, as well as built-in HD projectors and large video screens. There is also the Holly Chapel which has floor-to-ceiling windows and is surrounded by trees, providing a sense of being in a faraway land. Attached to it are luxury suites with ample space, make-up stations, full-length 3-way mirrors, sound systems, and beverage stations. Chef Erwin and his team provide creative menus that can be customised to suit any palate.
