John P. McDonald Attorney at Law has been practicing law for more than 35 years, specializing in health care licensing and compliance, business and corporate, and estate planning. He graduated from Indiana University School of Law (Bloomington) and has taken over 60 credit hours of Financial, Management, Cost, and Forensic Accounting classes.

From 1976 to 1980, Mr. McDonald was involved in the Federal Communications Commission's "Payola" investigations. He is highly experienced in estate planning and estate taxation matters, crafting wills, trusts, community and separate property agreements, and probate. His legal practice has enabled him to draft, modify, and evaluate a variety of complex contracts, stipulations, and agreements, such as covenants not to compete, covenants not to disclose, and employment and labor agreements, including collective bargaining agreements between unions and employers. He has also drafted and evaluated employee policy handbooks for both employers and employees.
