The 360 at Skyline
The Penthouses at Skyline provides short-term vacation rentals and event venue rentals, as well as offering total building buy-outs. North Hall
North Hall is a historical event venue located in the heart of downtown, specializing in receptions, fundraisers, community events, weddings, meetings and more! Our 4,000 square feet of indoor event space is enhanced by its vaulted ceilings, dramatic arched windows, and a beautiful hardwood movable dance floor. North Hall offers 3,500 square feet of outdoor space adjacent to the North Hall for ceremonies, cocktail receptions, and more. We also have 800 square feet of outdoor space used by caterers as an extension of the small Catering Kitchen and 200 square feet of covered outdoor space configured with electrical outlets for receptions, lounges, and more. Historic Heritage Square
Heritage Square is a historic event venue in downtown Phoenix great for weddings, company parties, and non-profit events. We offer two main spaces, the Rosson House Museum and the outdoor Lath Pavilion. The Rosson House Museum is perfect for smaller, intimate wedding ceremonies while the Lath Pavilion can accommodate a larger wedding ceremony and full reception. We are open-vendor and DIY, which means you can bring in all of your own companies for services like catering, equipment rentals, and decor. We have separate pricing for non-profit events.
Rooftop Event Spot
Rooftop Event Spot is an event venue located on the fourth floor of the original Plano Ice House in Historic Downtown Plano. Boasting 4,000 square feet of both indoor and outdoor space, the facility offers a full exhibition kitchen, two break out spaces and a sun-setting patio. Catering services are provided by Urban Crust and Urban Rio. Rooftop Event Spot is an “event-ready” facility, providing basic rentals, set up and clean up for any type of event, from weddings to reunions to corporate meetings or social events. Nestldown
Nestldown Events Venue is a 30 acre site of lush gardens, ponds, small waterfalls, freshly cut lawns and an elegant barn. It also includes an outdoor chapel surrounded by California redwoods, making it an ideal spot for non-profit, business events and weddings. Our venue comes with the necessary table and chair rentals and a Nestldown events team and special events manager who can help coordinate on the day. We also partner with exceptional vendors to ensure the smooth running of each event. In addition, we only host one event per day, allowing full access to the train, bocce ball court, fantasy garden, cottage and other hidden enchanting features. To improve the experience for our guests, we recently completed a year and a half of enhancements. These include a brand new catering kitchen, upgraded entrance to the back of the barn and a beautiful building featuring luxury bathrooms. Furthermore, our property complies with ADA standards for accessibility so that all guests can enjoy the venue. If our golf-cart does not provide sufficient transportation, we will find alternatives to ensure that everyone has full access. Nestldown offers stunning views, rustic elegance, and unique amenities which come together to create a memorable environment for your guests. Visits to the property are by appointment only or as an invited guest to an event. Guests are advised to wear comfortable shoes as it is an outdoor garden landscape in the mountains.
