- KRM Development is a privately owned development company headquartered in Chestertown on Maryland's upper Eastern Shore. KRM initiated its' first real estate project in Annapolis, Maryland in the late 1960's with the opening of the Annapolis Science Center. With headquarters moving to Chestertown in the late 1970's the company developed the Chestertown Business Park in 1980 and constructed its first of many facilities there. Since that time KRM has developed facilities in Maryland, Delaware, Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Illinois and North Carolina and leases over 2 million square feet in these areas.
