My extensive background in sales, marketing, interior design, home design, renovation, remodeling, and mechanical systems such as electrical, plumbing, and heating have uniquely qualified me to be a real estate broker. I have been working in the real estate industry since I purchased my first property at 18 years old in 1986.
David Coons offers free homebuyer classes and seminars sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. In these classes, topics such as finding a home, obtaining a loan, managing credit, understanding the market, title and escrow, home inspections, and homebuyer assistance programs are discussed.
