About the Business
Ann graduated from Gonzaga Law School in 1987 with the intention of becoming a trial attorney. She started out as a criminal defense lawyer and successfully represented clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies, arguing before the Court of Appeals and trying more than 70 cases in 13 years.
The past decade has seen Ann employed by an insurance company and at private law firms, defending personal injury cases. She carried out numerous arbitrations, mediations and negotiations, and achieved great results when bringing cases to trial. With this experience and insight into insurance companies, she has now returned to a practice that puts her in the service of those seeking justice.
For the past two years, Ann has focused on plaintiff personal injury cases. This includes motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, work site injuries, skiing accidents, bicycle accidents, assaults, wrongful death and civil rights violations.
Personal injury is defined as physical or psychological harm caused by another party’s negligence or intent. In these cases, the injured person has the right to seek legal redress for the wrongdoing. Personal injury can happen in many different situations, but the most common cases involve motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, work site injuries, skiing accidents, bicycle accidents, assaults, wrongful death and civil rights violations.
