Gabe and Karen Galioto assumed the operations of The Georgetown Centre in 2022. It was essential to keep the atmosphere of the facility intact, and the staff remained unchanged under the new management, including longtime Executive Chef Rodney Hammons and General Manager Jessica Grimm. Renovations were implemented to meet the needs of the new generation. The couple will continue to emphasize faith, elegance and customer satisfaction.
The success of the Centre is due to the dedication of its employees, the quality of their food, and the eye-catching architecture. Gabe, a John Carroll University graduate with an MBA from Robert Morris, had a 25-year career in banking before taking on this venture. Karen, a Purdue University graduate, worked as a Human Resources Manager and homemaker prior to the acquisition. They reside in Pleasant Hills with their children Natalie and Gabriel.
