We are members of AREAA, NAREB and an Austin chapter of Realists. We specialize in condo loans, particularly smaller developments (2-4 units), non-warrantable units, and detached units. Additionally, we provide first-time homebuyer support, down payment assistance, and lot loans with as little as 10% down payment. We have been helping Texas Rangers, Texas Department of DPS Employees and Troopers buy homes throughout Texas for 25 years in collaboration with Texas DPS Credit Union.
