About the Business

Now, Then Forward (TM) - This is not traditional therapy or the usual coaching. Using a variety of modalities to fit the unique needs of the client, this program deals with goals in the workplace, the home, and the emotional issues that occur during change.

My work bridges the gap between therapy, coaching, and Organizational Development. We will work at increasing confidence and cultivating assessment, strategy, and communication skills. I consult and coach with individuals and groups on the deeper issues that keep groups from optimal success. My ideal client is dealing with change, ambivalence, or conflict with others in personal and professional relationships.

As an EAP Leader working with potential company leaders, I provide virtual, corporate onsite, or in-my-office sessions to help build confidence and skills, overcome resistance, anxiety, and social conflict.

Applying the best of coaching and CBT/Humanistic methods and the knowledge of "child-adult development issues to business oriented problems" allows my client to develop a more intensive and potentially successful approach to relational issues. Clients feel more centered and balanced in dealing with whatever personal or corporate challenges face them.

  • Conflict is intrinsic to human development. We cannot avoid it, therefore we must learn to master it to be successful. Originally a real estate developer and investments manager, I enjoy seeing projects triumph. I understand because I have collaborated in real systems' success. Helping leaders, managers, and team builders assess situations for their needs, strengths, and shortcomings has allowed me to negotiate many types of complex work/social system problems. As an organizational behaviorist, with clinical training as a therapist, I have been able to see into and through human motivations and resistance. I assist my clients when they are planning, designing, and manifesting change in their groups and professional lives.
