As a member of the top 1% of San Francisco Realtors, I offer my clients honesty, enthusiasm and strategic thinking. I enjoy building long term relationships, and am a skilled negotiator with three decades of sales, marketing and management experience.
After receiving my MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, I was looking to apply my business sense in a personalized way. Real estate was a perfect fit.
Since then, I have developed a rich network of resources to support my clients. As a member of Top Agent Network, I have access to off-market and pre-MLS listings. This gives my buyers a head-start in the competitive San Francisco market; It also means that I am able to effectively target the marketing of my clients' properties to the most productive agents in the city. On average, my listings sell faster and at a higher overbid than my peers. From prepping the property for sale to closing, I get my clients the biggest bang for their buck.
