A wedding coordinator can be a great asset to couples who plan their own wedding and require assistance on the big day. I am available for the entire wedding planning process to provide resources and guidance. After the majority of the planning is done, we will create a timeline for the wedding day and customized schedules for the bridal party, family members, and vendors. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I will communicate with all vendors to verify arrangements and plans. On the wedding weekend, you are free to relax and enjoy your special day with peace of mind. I attend and direct the rehearsal, and begin coordinating the wedding day with hair and makeup. My duties continue until the final guest departs, and include implementing the timeline, overseeing all aspects such as vendor set up, photo sessions, ceremony cues, speeches, and ensuring presents are packed up.
