NYFA Space and Event Rentals

The New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) is a premier venue located in DUMBO, Brooklyn that offers affordable and versatile space for presentations, rehearsals, meetings, conferences or parties. Our mission is to provide a platform for the best emerging and established artists to create and develop their work. We offer three different space options for all your needs. The Small Conference Room is 300 square feet and can seat up to 25 people, making it perfect for meetings, classes and rehearsals. Our Large Conference Room is 700 square feet and comfortably seats 65, making it well-suited for workshops, panels, rehearsals, and staged readings. If you’re hosting a larger event, our entire 2,000-square-foot Event Space is available for parties, wedding receptions, baby showers and more! We also provide projectors and AV equipment to make your event run smoothly. Special weekday rates are available.

Luminary

Luminary is a professional networking hub and coworking space in Nomad, NYC. Featuring an expansive 15,000 square foot space across three floors, there are many amenities available. Memberships, day passes, conference room access, private offices, event venue and rentals are all offered. Hosting your next offsite, conference, or team meeting at Luminary is easy. We offer individual memberships, day passes, group memberships, and corporate memberships with no application process and open to all genders. Private phone booths, multiple meeting rooms, lactation room, meditation room, fitness studio, beauty bar, showers, locker rooms, rooftop bar and lounge are all available. Plus, there is free WIFI, free coffee and tea, refrigerators, and weekly programs and events. Everything you need for success can be found at Luminary.

8914 Stone Green Way

8914 Stone Green Way is located in the prime East-End, offering easy access to I-64 and I-264 through Hurstbourne Pkwy and Taylorsville Road. This shared office space offers flexible short-term leases with no long-term commitments and all utilities and business internet included. Tenants are provided with 24/7 keyless entry access, two shared conference meeting spaces, two shared restrooms, a shared full kitchen on the main level and a shared kitchenette with mini-fridge and microwave on the upper level. An on-site property manager is available for assistance and free parking is provided for tenants and guests. There are plans to add a 30-75 person meeting/event/venue space on the lower level. This shared office space provides tenants with an array of amenities and services designed to enhance their experience. The friendly staff and on-site property manager are dedicated to providing quality and professional services that help customers to reach their business goals.

Rooftop Event Spot

Rooftop Event Spot is an event venue located on the fourth floor of the original Plano Ice House in Historic Downtown Plano. Boasting 4,000 square feet of both indoor and outdoor space, the facility offers a full exhibition kitchen, two break out spaces and a sun-setting patio. Catering services are provided by Urban Crust and Urban Rio. Rooftop Event Spot is an “event-ready” facility, providing basic rentals, set up and clean up for any type of event, from weddings to reunions to corporate meetings or social events. Nestldown

Nestldown Events Venue is a 30 acre site of lush gardens, ponds, small waterfalls, freshly cut lawns and an elegant barn. It also includes an outdoor chapel surrounded by California redwoods, making it an ideal spot for non-profit, business events and weddings. Our venue comes with the necessary table and chair rentals and a Nestldown events team and special events manager who can help coordinate on the day. We also partner with exceptional vendors to ensure the smooth running of each event. In addition, we only host one event per day, allowing full access to the train, bocce ball court, fantasy garden, cottage and other hidden enchanting features. To improve the experience for our guests, we recently completed a year and a half of enhancements. These include a brand new catering kitchen, upgraded entrance to the back of the barn and a beautiful building featuring luxury bathrooms. Furthermore, our property complies with ADA standards for accessibility so that all guests can enjoy the venue. If our golf-cart does not provide sufficient transportation, we will find alternatives to ensure that everyone has full access. Nestldown offers stunning views, rustic elegance, and unique amenities which come together to create a memorable environment for your guests. Visits to the property are by appointment only or as an invited guest to an event. Guests are advised to wear comfortable shoes as it is an outdoor garden landscape in the mountains.
