- In 2009 i started working as a driver for Rhino Taxi in Kokomo, Ind. The 1st year at Rhino i was a driver & attending Ivy Tech College for Business Management & Microsoft Office. The 2nd year i was asked to take the role of day shift dispatcher. This is where i learned many things about this business. Logistic management of 8-12 drives at any time per day. Constant phone calls from many.....different types of people. Scheduling of standing time calls. Medical transportation, both local & miles away. Multitasking in this business took a great deal of patience, understanding & micro managing. Unfortunately after my 2 years & years of service before me, Rhino had to close for situations far beyond my control. Before closing i let all clients we did deliveries for know, asked for the chance to earn their business on my own, the blessing of Rhino owner & took off from there to Earn the client list i have today.
