About the Business
I work with clients to assist them in achieving success. This could involve establishing a new business, aiding them in comprehending and adhering to federal and state laws, designing their estate plan and composing the essential documents, or assisting them in dealing with their firearms legal matters.
At Gary B. Wells, Attorney at Law, I provide a range of services including:
Estate Planning: Working with clients to create an overall estate plan and generating their wills, trusts (such as firearms trusts), and other estate planning documents to help them accomplish their objectives.
Business Law: Helping business owners to plan their company, creating the legal documents necessary to launch their business and attending to their ongoing legal requirements.
Regulatory Compliance: Assisting business owners in understanding and satisfying statutory and regulatory regulations to take a proactive approach to guarantee compliance and manage issues of noncompliance.
Firearms Law: Collaborating with businesses and individuals to respond to their legal queries regarding compliance with firearm laws and regaining their firearms rights.
My practice is not limited to firearm businesses and individuals. Nevertheless, my special qualifications are helpful to businesses and individuals with their firearm-related, legal issues. Additionally, I have written two volumes on firearm laws. Volume 1 explains federal firearm laws and Volume 2 explains Texas firearm laws.
