223 Main - A Premier Event Space
At 223 Main - A Premier Event Space, we specialize in small events of 70 guests or less. Our facility features a 1500 square foot street-level indoor space - wheelchair accessible, with two ADA compliant bathrooms, a coat closet, a small food preparation area with three-compartment sink, refrigerator and prep tables, high twelve foot ceilings, and large windows. All the furniture is moveable, so the space can be customized to fit your needs. We also provide filtered water, ice, coffee and access to the Pepsi Wunderbar with a variety of beverages and juices. Outside catering, decorations and BYOB are all allowed. If you need other services, such as liquor, catering, decorating, planning and so forth, we can provide them. The outdoor area has tall trees, grass, bushes and benches, which connect directly to the sidewalk where a few tables can be set up. It is also wheelchair accessible and can be outfitted with tents and other items for your guests' comfort. The capacity depends on the floor plan and whether you are using the indoors and outdoors. Our popular floor plans seat up to 50 and have the middle and side of the room open for decorations, gifts, food, dancing, and the bar. We have various floor plans that can accommodate up to 68 seated people. For larger events, it's common to set up high tables mixed with a few chairs and tables, and have a buffet or food truck for guests to come and go as they please.

The Sanctuary Event Space
The Sanctuary Event Space is an enchanting rental venue in Austin, suitable for hosting weddings, workshops, corporate gatherings, SXSW events, baby showers, memorial services and more. It provides the best of both worlds with its indoor and outdoor areas, all surrounded by towering oak trees. There are two fully equipped kitchens and three bathrooms available on site. All money earned from renting the space goes towards supporting the Amala Foundation, an Austin-based non-profit which works to better the lives of young people across the world.
