We are a private events and meeting spaces in the heart of SoMa! We're located 2 blocks from Moscone Convention Center and the Civic Center BART station. We offer 5 unique antique filled meeting spaces and private suites perfect for small daytime, corporate meetings, classes and workshops. We have our unique 1850's Country Store and Letterpress Shop on our Ground Floor and a hidden Speakeasy in the Basement! Once the William Randolph Hearst newspaper printing plant, The Box SF's historic feel is showcased through warm wood and original 1920's windows, balanced by a modern industrial loft feel. We do small meetings, film and photo shoots, events, off-sites, classes, workshops, weddings, receptions, hourly rental, meeting space, client lounge, near Moscone Convention center. There is nothing like this spectacular and historic 1926 building! We'd love to show you our unique 14,000 square foot and historic building and antiques filled meeting rooms. Also inquire about our amazing hidden Speakeasy called "The Sipping Room"! Urban Space Unlimited

Located in the heart of Denver's Santa Fe Art District, Urban Space is a sleek and modern event space. With its sophisticated yet warm atmosphere, USU features a gorgeous, exposed brick wall and stunning lighting fixtures. Our main floor, the Orb Room, offers 1,200 square feet of space to accommodate up to 180 guests for cocktail parties, 90 guests for banquet-style events, or 80 for a theater-style set up. The second floor of USU features an Executive Room and Balcony. The Executive Room is available upon request and is perfect for corporate meetings as it contains a large conference table and chairs, a flat screen TV, and a small kitchen. It can accommodate up to 25 guests. On the opposite end of the second floor lies the beautiful Balcony with modern and sophisticated patio furniture, including a modern fire pit, overlooking the breathtaking mountains of Colorado. Wash Park Studio

Wash Park Studio is a contemporary commercial photography studio/art space that is perfect for special events and gatherings requiring an elevated level of style. This studio offers a unique atmosphere with natural light, red brick walls, hickory floors and an exposed ceiling all coming together to create a warm and inviting place. The same space can be used for weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, private parties, holiday gatherings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, or any other event requiring a unique setting with style. When hosting your special occasion at Wash Park Studio, guests can enjoy a high-end sound system, climate control, two bathrooms, and even a fireplace to make them comfortable. Plus, there’s no need to worry about downtown parking hassles as there is plenty of free on-street parking in the neighborhood - the studio is only five blocks from light rail for those looking for alternative transportation. Tower Beach Club

Tower Beach Club is a stunning 4,300 square foot indoor and outdoor event venue, which opened in 2019 and was recently remodeled with an attention to detail. It offers incredible views of Mission Bay beachfront, La Jolla to the north, and Sail Bay to the east, as the sun sets to the west. The open-air bar and large beachfront patio make it feel like a luxurious beach club without the hefty price tag. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, and catering to keep costs down. Seating for 120 guests is included in the rental, along with 8 high top cocktail tables. Tower Beach Club is suitable for events of all sizes, ranging from small corporate meetings for 30-50 people up to larger weddings and parties for 200 people. With the 10,000 square foot beachfront lawn and the beach itself, it can even accommodate picnics for up to 1,000 people. Broken Rock Ranch

Broken Rock Ranch offers a perfect setting for your country wedding. Located just a short distance away from the main complex and reception area, the quaint chapel accommodates up to 150 guests with 22 benches. Not only can you plan your wedding ceremony and reception here but also host rehearsal dinners, accommodate overnight lodging for your guests, and more. The ranch is open to churches, men and women's organizations, students, family reunions and celebrations, parties, corporate meetings and presentations, business meetings and seminars. Sleeping accommodations are provided in the bunk house and dormitory buildings with 4 to 18 bunks per room, and 20 bunks per dorm. There is also a bath house with showers and toilets. City water is used for drinking, cooking and washing, while well water is used for irrigation.
