Milo Arts is an artistic community located inside a repurposed historic building, the Milo Public School constructed in 1894. Designed by renowned architect J.M. Freese, this awe-inspiring castle-like structure covers 44,000 square feet and has been transformed into live/work spaces for local artists. Each studio is unique and offers varying levels of amenities, from kitchens and bathrooms to no amenities at all. Furthermore, there is a common kitchen and laundry facility, as well as ample common bathrooms.

Located at the historic Stutz Business and Arts Center, it is a 400,000 square-foot former car factory that now houses over 70 artist studios, small businesses, and vintage and collectible cars.
