- Ben began his company Named Tectone Construction in 1988 to pursue his love of carpentry and renovation of older homes. For the first 20 years Ben worked in the field along with another carpenter and kept the company small doing high quality work on one project at a time. Ben's son Sam had worked summers with his dad since he was about 12 and eventually after some college came on full time Sam currently works as a lead carpenter and is looking forward to moving into the office eventually and when the time is right taking over the business. In 2010 Ben changed the name to Ben Quie & Sons. He has since grown the company with 3 Lead Carpenters, a Production Manager and a Book Keeper. The company's aim continues to be caring for their customers and their homes with skilled craftsmanship, superior management and integrity.
