ModernWell is an inspiring co-opportunity for women, and the first of its kind in Minnesota. Whether you are looking to meet a friend, colleague, or client for a cup of coffee or tea; schedule a board meeting; listen to a motivating speaker; or just seeking a change of scenery to finish up your tasks, ModernWell has it all. Our facility offers open seating and private workspaces, complimentary wifi, and beverages such as coffee and tea. We also offer private conference and consult rooms, yoga, and ongoing enrichment classes.
ModernWell is available for rental for events such as work retreats, conferences, parties, and showers. Our space can be rented by the hour on a first come, first serve basis. We are open all day on Saturdays, after 7pm on Mondays-Thursdays, after 6pm on Fridays, and after 4pm on Sundays. If you're interested, please reach out to schedule in advance!
