- The building was built in 1973, initially housing Heritage Bank. The building was sold in 1995 to Horizon Properties and has since become known as The Horizon Building. TCF Bank owned and operated it for a few years and then sold to GMT Management. GMT Management purchased the property in late 2010 and has spent the last several years updating, renovating and improving the property. GMT Management is very aggressive in the lease rates they provide and diligent in the continued upkeep of this great property.
