We specialize in hosting weddings, corporate events, private parties, holiday celebrations, training programs, catered dinners, filming, and photography. We are a well known city landmark, being Houston's original 1903 Historic Fire Station 3! Our venue rental packages are tailored to meet your specific event needs, with prices varying according to the day of the week and hours you rent. Our facility provides each client with exclusive use of the entire building and grounds, giving you a truly special and memorable private event. We also provide a full staff of 5-star rated professionals who can assist with any issues or concerns you may have. Additionally, Houston Police officers are provided for every event. We offer an array of amenities such as an automated loading and unloading zone for vendors, four commercial restrooms (including one handicap accessible restroom with a baby changing station), wheel chair and freight lift access to the second floor, an outdoor courtyard area, a small bridal suite with comfortable seating, full length mirror, wet bar, and various other necessities, and a private catering area with refrigeration, sink, and prepping area. To top it off, we have a large, lighted parking lot to accommodate all guests.

Groove Style Entertainment Venues is an extraordinary establishment that specializes in rentals for private events and party planning. Our two newly constructed venues are unique, offering an array of services for exclusive events, team meetings, workshops, baby showers, small classes, rehearsals, birthdays, receptions and more. We also host Paint & Drinks events, jazz, words of art, comedy and dance sets. Our small venue can accommodate up to 50+ guests, with a maximum of 55 with tables and chairs. The larger venue starts at $96 per hour and can hold 60+ people, with a maximum of 65 with tables and chairs. If the guest count is over 70, a flat rate is available for both venues combined, allowing for up to 125+ guests with tables and chairs. We also offer monthly sub-rentals for the mornings. Outside food and drinks are welcome and we have an event planner, bartender and a limited number of tables available upon request. Our location is just 10 minutes away from I-90/94, CTA accessible and there is ample street parking. Reserve or book promptly to ensure availability. Walk-throughs are available by appointment only.

Nestldown Events Venue is a 30 acre site of lush gardens, ponds, small waterfalls, freshly cut lawns and an elegant barn. It also includes an outdoor chapel surrounded by California redwoods, making it an ideal spot for non-profit, business events and weddings. Our venue comes with the necessary table and chair rentals and a Nestldown events team and special events manager who can help coordinate on the day. We also partner with exceptional vendors to ensure the smooth running of each event. In addition, we only host one event per day, allowing full access to the train, bocce ball court, fantasy garden, cottage and other hidden enchanting features. To improve the experience for our guests, we recently completed a year and a half of enhancements. These include a brand new catering kitchen, upgraded entrance to the back of the barn and a beautiful building featuring luxury bathrooms. Furthermore, our property complies with ADA standards for accessibility so that all guests can enjoy the venue. If our golf-cart does not provide sufficient transportation, we will find alternatives to ensure that everyone has full access. Nestldown offers stunning views, rustic elegance, and unique amenities which come together to create a memorable environment for your guests. Visits to the property are by appointment only or as an invited guest to an event. Guests are advised to wear comfortable shoes as it is an outdoor garden landscape in the mountains.
