About the Business
Enter the monOrchid and you walk into a home away from home, a diverse and thriving culture of its own, a collaborative workspace, a community hub. Be it for a wedding, a photo shoot, a study session, an office or desk space, a film project, a party, or just to grab a steaming cup of craft-brewed coffee, your presence is a welcome addition to the space.
Behind the white brick and striking mural-work of its exterior walls, the building transforms into a multifunctional workspace hosting two art galleries, a parade of loft-level coworking spaces, a coffeehouse, a restaurant, a conference room, and not one but two full-sized studios for photography or film.
Events can be hosted in any one of the 4 primary spaces, ranging in scope from small conferences in a single room to weddings in the main gallery to corporate or social events engaging the entire venue.
The monOrchid is open to the public and available for rent as needed. It is fully convertible and loaded with service options including premier in-house catering, event support and even planning services.
Everything about this building and its vision instigates a sense of creativity and community: schedule a tour today, and bring your imagination! Whatever your venue needs, the monOrchid is prepared to bring your personal vision to life.

- Originally constructed by Del Webb in 1937, the 14,000 sq. ft. warehouse is an excellent example of adaptive-reuse at the city's core. Because of its unique and diversified offerings, the monOrchid has been a central hub of the Phoenix art scene since the year 2000. It remains to this day a destination point during the once-per-month arts extravaganza the downtown area knows as First Fridays (as well as the lesser known Third Fridays), featuring regularly curated art displays, local artists, and even art competitions. It has also been home to a wide range of vocations extending from lawyers to architects, financial planners to software development, photographer/videographers to writer/editors, and even a boutique leather goods brand with production on-site!
