- Snapology was founded in Pittsburgh in early 2010 by sisters Lisa and Laura Coe as a way for Laura Coe to start a new business for children in the age group of her two children, then ages 5 and 6. They found inspiration in the creative applications for the familiar Lego bricks: Animation, birthday parties, even learning. Since then, Snapology has started franchising their business around the United States. For Snapology of Minneapolis owner, Aaron Hagebak, the decision to open his own business was inspired by his two sons as well as his own entrepreneurial spirit. With an extensive background in sales, Hagebak sought to apply his business acumen to a personal venture. With a passion for his sons' education in mind and a drive to contribute something meaningful and positive to the community, Hagebak realized that Snapology was the perfect fit.
