In 1995, the company was acquired by ProGrowth Bank, and then in 2003, the Karki family became the sole owners of Alloy Insurance as an independent insurance agency.
Since then, Alloy Insurance has experienced tremendous growth, providing its clients with high quality insurance products in a modern way. In 2012, Alloy Insurance acquired Insurance by Lundgren from St. Cloud, MN; in 2022, Noeldner Insurance of Norwood Young America, MN was added; and in September 2022, A Act One from Eden Prairie, MN became part of the company.
