He had me measure and install jobs and often asked me to bend my own metal. He always said it was so he wouldn’t have anybody to blame. For 4.5 years I worked for him without missing a single day or refusing overtime when I could. Nowadays, I also order materials and give estimates on jobs. With the help of a panel machine, I can provide a fast service as well. By understanding how architects design new methods, I am constantly learning and growing in my profession.
