Play Space Station LLC is a rental company offering three inflatables for outdoor use: a 38 ft obstacle course, a large bounce house with an attached slide, and a mini bounce house suitable for toddlers. We use 18 inch metal stakes to ensure our inflatables are secured to the ground and we are fully insured. For an extra bit of fun, we can provide Nerf guns and teeter totters, as well as 3 banquet tables and 25 stacking chairs.
We strive to provide an enjoyable experience for all customers, whether they're looking for a safe and secure space to host an event or just want some extra entertainment for their guests. Our team of experienced professionals is ready to help make your event a success.

The Abbott House
The Abbott House offers a wonderful venue for your wedding. With two to five staff assistants to help with setup, working the event and cleaning up afterwards, you can be assured that everything will run smoothly. The bride and groom suites come with champagne and fruit, and the first floor of the house can be used for a cocktail hour or tour. The formal banquet room is equipped with seven chandeliers, surround sound, a granite bar with an ice maker and refrigerator, and 13 floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors inside. Tables and chairs are provided, as well as floor-length white or ivory tablecloths for the banquet room. Outside, there is a private courtyard with 13 flower gardens, a sound system, a water fountain, an outside granite bar with a sink and refrigerator, a gas fire ring, a bandstand, a dance floor, a gazebo, and landscape lighting. Additionally, indoor and outdoor air conditioning restrooms are available. We also have a planner/coordinator on staff and the venue can be opened for rehearsals and photos with appropriate notice. We offer rental packages for 50 and 100 guests, with additional guests at a rate of $20 each. Rental includes time from 11am to 11pm, and all amenities. Outside vendors may also be brought in if desired. The Abbott House has a 1940 classic Packard with chauffeur available for rent. The open-air bar and large beachfront patio make it feel like a luxurious beach club without the hefty price tag. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, and catering to keep costs down. Seating for 120 guests is included in the rental, along with 8 high top cocktail tables. Tower Beach Club is suitable for events of all sizes, ranging from small corporate meetings for 30-50 people up to larger weddings and parties for 200 people. With the 10,000 square foot beachfront lawn and the beach itself, it can even accommodate picnics for up to 1,000 people. Nestled in the heart of the hill country, Gruene Estate is the ideal setting to say "I do", host a rehearsal dinner, celebrate an anniversary or corporate event. This outdoor haven has been created to offer a picturesque wedding venue that will create lasting memories. Gruene Estate is the original homestead of Ernst and Antoinette Gruene, spread across fifteen acres in New Braunfels, Texas. It is situated between Austin and San Antonio, making it an ideal location for those wanting an elegant country wedding. The property consists of several structures, such as the 1857 home of the Gruenes, an antique chapel with European stained glass windows, chandeliers and a bell tower, as well as an open-air pavilion. Rentals are available for daily or overnight guests, with up to twelve people being able to stay at the estate and two hundred attending events. Nestldown Events Venue is a 30 acre site of lush gardens, ponds, small waterfalls, freshly cut lawns and an elegant barn. It also includes an outdoor chapel surrounded by California redwoods, making it an ideal spot for non-profit, business events and weddings. Our venue comes with the necessary table and chair rentals and a Nestldown events team and special events manager who can help coordinate on the day. We also partner with exceptional vendors to ensure the smooth running of each event. In addition, we only host one event per day, allowing full access to the train, bocce ball court, fantasy garden, cottage and other hidden enchanting features. To improve the experience for our guests, we recently completed a year and a half of enhancements. These include a brand new catering kitchen, upgraded entrance to the back of the barn and a beautiful building featuring luxury bathrooms. Furthermore, our property complies with ADA standards for accessibility so that all guests can enjoy the venue. If our golf-cart does not provide sufficient transportation, we will find alternatives to ensure that everyone has full access. Nestldown offers stunning views, rustic elegance, and unique amenities which come together to create a memorable environment for your guests. Visits to the property are by appointment only or as an invited guest to an event. Guests are advised to wear comfortable shoes as it is an outdoor garden landscape in the mountains.
