At Factory Place Arts Complex Lofts, we offer a unique live/work experience for our tenants. Our location in 1330 and 1308 Factory Place offers on-site parking with each unit receiving at least one parking pass in the secure gated lot. Our courtyard boasts many amenities such as a BBQ, Fire Pit, and Ping Pong table. During half the year, tenants can enjoy the heated pool, and there are also two restaurants and a public indoor rock climbing facility on-site as well as a coffee house and bike store. Our team is committed to providing an exceptional experience for our tenants.
