We cater to both Microsoft and Apple computers, so you can get assistance with your computer issues at your home or office in the metro Chicago area, or at our shop. Our typical repair and upgrade services for laptops and desktops include virus and spyware removal, computer clean-up and speed-up, software and hardware troubleshooting, replacing hardware components, and replacing damaged screens and power jacks on laptops. We can also help you reset the Windows or Mac password if you have forgotten it, upgrade an existing PC, and install and configure your network. Data recovery is available as well. We will check your damaged hard drive or flash drive and, if we can recover the data, you will pay only $80. If we are unable to recover it, then you will not be charged. Our prices are affordable, with flat fees for labor of $80 in-shop and $120 on-site. The cost of any parts needed will be extra. Some services are even lower – for example, installing a new screen on a laptop or the power supply on a desktop is only $40 in labor.
