Urban Space Unlimited
Located in the heart of Denver's Santa Fe Art District, Urban Space is a sleek and modern event space. With its sophisticated yet warm atmosphere, USU features a gorgeous, exposed brick wall and stunning lighting fixtures. Our main floor, the Orb Room, offers 1,200 square feet of space to accommodate up to 180 guests for cocktail parties, 90 guests for banquet-style events, or 80 for a theater-style set up. The second floor of USU features an Executive Room and Balcony. The Executive Room is available upon request and is perfect for corporate meetings as it contains a large conference table and chairs, a flat screen TV, and a small kitchen. It can accommodate up to 25 guests. On the opposite end of the second floor lies the beautiful Balcony with modern and sophisticated patio furniture, including a modern fire pit, overlooking the breathtaking mountains of Colorado.
