My practice is a full-service immigration law firm that provides professional services to clients from all over the United States. I offer my expertise in English, Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish to meet the needs of my diverse client base. With first-hand knowledge of U.S. Immigration Laws and procedures, I am a passionate advocate for individuals, families and corporations.

I am a member of the Oregon State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and hold a degree from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR as well as from Taras Shevchenko University of Kiev in Kiev, Ukraine. My practice, Immigration Law Office of Vladimir Goutsaliouk, covers a broad range of immigration law topics, including family immigration cases such as immigrant petitions, fiancé(e) petitions, adjustment of status, and consular processing. In addition, I represent clients in Immigration Court proceedings such as asylum-based cases, cancellation of removal, and those involving criminal aliens. My firm also handles appeals to the BIA and the Ninth Circuit. Furthermore, I specialize in business immigration matters, such as H-1B, TN, O, P and L-1 nonimmigrant visas, foreign labor certification, EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant petitions.

Consultations are available by appointment only and the fee for the consultation is $80. This fee will be credited to the total amount of attorney fees if my firm is retained. I am happy to represent clients located in any state and can appear in any Immigration Court in the United States.
