About the Business
Marsocci Interiors specializes in home staging. When your ready to sell, staging helps you sell your home quickly and for more.
Home Staging Consultation
- We offer a 1 hour personal consultation with the seller and/or agent. We will then go through the home, room-by-room, explaining what staging will accomplish. You will receive specific, detailed instructions on how to give your house that grand first impression. The sellers may choose to hire us to do the hands-on staging or accomplish all or part of it themselves.
Occupied Home Staging
- Gentle de-cluttering, house "fluffing", furniture placement using the owners' own furnishings.
Vacant Home Staging
- We furnish and accessorize the main living areas of your home. Typically, this will include entryway, living room, main bath, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and bath. Other areas can be added, such as additional bedrooms, study, family room and porches.
Model Home Staging
- Model Home Staging is a cost-effective option for builders/developers. A staged model home is a great way to showcase its potential. We will provide furniture to compliment the style of the model home and appeal to your target buyers.
