1451 Renaissance Place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin offers an elegant and historic reception hall, ballroom and venue for weddings, events, parties and meetings. It can accommodate up to 600 guests and provides exclusive use of its facilities, free off-street parking, full-service staff, private dressing rooms, on-site event coordinators and seating arrangements. The entrance level is designed with a sloping ceiling to create a dramatic but intimate atmosphere for smaller gatherings. It can be used as a reception area for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres prior to the event upstairs. Wedding ceremonies can take place at the marble steps of the intimate foyer or on the site of the original sanctuary. After the ceremony, a champagne reception or receiving line can follow. Walker Fine Art

Just a short four block trip from the Denver Art Museum is Walker Fine Art, a captivating loft-style gallery presenting original contemporary art. Our 3800 square foot gallery often holds a solo or group exhibit of new work from our anchor artists. Events can be held in our spacious single room layout, with up to 120 guests comfortably seated for wedding ceremonies or receptions, or up to 150 for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Our movable walls allow for multiple layouts. Parking is free and includes one parking lot plus street parking. We also provide tables and chairs to rent in-house at competitive prices, as well as a house manager and gift registry service. The Chef's Table in Milwaukee's Industrial Fifth Ward is a culinary concept unlike anything else in the region. Reservations are necessary for both public and private events, where Chef David Magnasco will create a unique menu paired with beverages and stories. Guests will be able to enjoy a private, comfortable, yet elegant atmosphere where they will be the sole focus of the chefs and staff. The Grand Table can seat up to 30 people or be expanded to accommodate up to 60 seated diners, or 125 guests for passed Hors d'Oeuvres or self-serve entrees. During their visit, guests are welcome to step into the kitchen and ask questions, sample spices, or even put on an apron!
