Mid-Town Renovators has extensive knowledge and experience with different architectural styles and construction/repair techniques for homes in San Diego's neighborhoods. Our owner, Russell D., lives and improves a 1945 lath & plaster/stucco Spanish-style home in San Diego. Our contact list includes design professionals, structural, mechanical and geotechnical engineers, specialty contractors, and material suppliers.
It is easy to start your home remodeling, repair or renovation project with us. All you need to do is make an initial inquiry and Russell D. will gather the necessary project information and arrange an appointment to look at it with you. After a personal introduction, initial measurements and important details are gathered at the project. Russell then prepares a proposal that includes budget, materials specifications, and timeline to completion. This proposal is usually sent within a day or two for review. After review, we will contact you to discuss and eventually agree on the proposal and set a start date.
Our flexible schedule allows us to look at your project soon after your initial contact is made. We are dedicated to our customers and their projects, and ensure a friendly and informal work atmosphere. There are no "jumping jobs" and we guarantee that we will not disappear.
