- In the year 2000, after spending five years working for one of those "other" shops, and 10 years as a self-employed consultant, Tony saw the amount of frustration experienced by Computer users. He saw a hole in the business models of those other shops and developed a niche in the marketplace. He saw something that he could offer his South Bay community that no other repair shops could or wanted to - a place where Computer owners could go knowing they would not be taken advantage of, and more importantly would not be intimidated or talked down to. He wanted to open a shop where his patrons would feel more like family than customers. They would not be bombarded by a lot of technical jargon or talked down to because of their lack of technical knowledge. Everything would be explained in terms and/or analogies they could understand, and there would be NO unhappy customers - ever!
