- Started out in a broom closet of the El Cajon office prospecting until my fingers hurt. From there I built rapport with some amazing clients and grew my business rapidly. I worked hand in hand with developers in countless condo conversions throughout California. In 2007, my team and I sold over 1,600 units. It was one of the craziest markets I had ever seen and when it ended and changed...so did we. We now have a great grasp on short sales and our clients are able to move forward from this and relieve the stress.
