The Market Street Studio Gallery is a renowned artist co-op studio and gallery located in San Diego. Established over three decades ago, it provides students, amateur and professional artists the chance to refine their techniques and abilities with the help of professional models. It is San Diego's only cooperative studio that allows individuals to share the cost of the professional studio space. Professional models are available three mornings a week.
The Market Street Studio Gallery offers an inspiring environment for artists to hone their craft, create pieces of art, and become part of the vibrant art district at Liberty Station. Artists have the chance to showcase their work at Liberty Station's popular "First Friday" and other special occasions. MSSG is a non-profit organization that is supported by its own funds.

Pat's 1502 Glassworks, formerly Pat's Stained Glass Repair, has been a part of the Warren family for over four decades. Founded in 1972 by Pat Warren, this studio has been a staple of the Point Loma business community and is a proud member of the Art Glass Association of Southern California. Pat and her daughter Carrie are dedicated to providing high-quality work while supporting local San Diego artists, designers, and distributors. The team's expertise lies in custom decorative glass, architectural glass, artistic glass installations, ornamental and functional glass, metal, and stone craftwork. They have become renowned for their stained glass restoration and custom art glass design services. Pat's 1502 Glassworks also offer repairs, restoration, sandblasting, large-scale commercial glassworks, on-site etching, installation, and delivery.
