Via Vecchia Venue
Via Vecchia Venue is a 6000 square foot building with a 14000 square foot walled garden, located in the city. This 1940s structure features a barrel vaulted ceiling with exposed ironwork and a mezzanine level, making it the ideal industrial chic event venue for up to 225 guests.The venue offers an indoor/outdoor experience covering 20,000 square feet. Guests can enjoy a private walled courtyard ceremony or dance floor space, as well as a veranda with bistro lighting for a cocktail hour. There is also an optional outdoor signature drink bar or small covered ceremony space available.Inside, the large open floor plan includes crystal chandeliers, bistro lighting, Chivari chairs, farm tables and a fully stocked bar. The mezzanine level provides extra possibilities, such as a DJ placement, on-site photo booth set up or a soft seating gathering space. There is also a private bridal suite with a make up counter with light bar, soft seating and private bathroom. For parents, there is a private room available for nursing mothers and baby changing needs. All bar packages include Via Vecchia's globally recognized award winning natural wines and house-made sangria. Glassware and bar staff are also included. Onsite, customers can advance order custom labeled wine bottles for wedding guest favors. Furthermore, self managed parking is available in close proximity to downtown hotels. Skylofts Gallery
Skylofts Gallery specializes in intimate private events for parties of 100 people or less. We offer our event venues for rent to the local community, and recently have hosted birthday parties, weddings, baby showers, fashion shows, play rehearsals, photo shoots, and bridal showers. Our lofts are available for hourly rental, ranging from $105 to $150 per hour with a four hour minimum event rental on weekends. We also provide one hour set up and 1/2 hour clean up at no additional cost. For an additional fee, we have special features and packages available. These include a custom graphics entrance package, VIP red ropes and red carpet, digital surround-sound audio system, premium lights package, fog machine, custom tickets, fliers, and wristbands, as well as tables and chairs. Come visit us during our Open House hours! Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays between 4 and 6 pm and we can help you pick a loft and create a custom package for your event.
