I have decided to retire at this point in time, however that could change for the right owner. In order to get the best value for the customer, I believe that a Stipulated Sum Bid is the way to go. When preparing detailed drawings and specifying all finishes and fixtures before commencing building work, you can keep change orders to a minimum. Having the right look and feel is important, and I have an excellent eye for colors and finishes. If desired, I can help to coordinate the granite to perfectly match the fabric on your furniture. My expertise extends to coordinating structural steel beams and mechanical ductwork too.
