The MAC is a recreation center for adults aged 18 and above. It provides a weight room with cardiovascular equipment, weight machines and free weights along with stretching machines. Additionally, it offers over 20 fitness classes every week that range from Yoga and Zumba to Silver Sneakers classes. It also has a 250-capacity ballroom that can be rented for events including access to a full commercial kitchen and catering room. Custom lighting and layout are also available.
The mission of the MAC is to provide adults with recreational and educational experiences, arts and crafts, and trips to enrich their physical and mental wellbeing.
