- Our 4,000 square foot event center rental was built in June of 2012 in Longmont, Colorado and can accommodate up to 100 guests. The center has a dance floor, bar area and a separate cafe room for the food service at your event. The event center also has a large screen television and Wi-Fi for presentations and slide shows. Our on site and off site catering services are provided by local high quality caterers with options for organic and all natural meats - including Bison, Elk, Wild Boar and other "exotic" meats and fish.
