At Pastures of Plenty Farm, we are inviting you to join our 2018 CSA. As a token of our appreciation, we will reward those who apply by March 21 with an extra week of our delicious organic vegetables, herbs, treats and flowers. Our food is special and not like the average pre-cooked meals. We craft true dishes that are flavorful, not pretentious. Our menus feature produce and flowers from our 35-acre certified organic farm. Whether you wish to sample the traditional cuisine of the Yucatan or the flavors of Umbria, or just savor locally grown organic foods, we guarantee that you’ll find some of the world’s best cuisines here.
At Plenty, we strive to give our customers the finest farm-to-table experience. We prioritise local, organic, and seasonal ingredients, many of which come from our own farm, or our partners’ farms, ranches, orchards, vineyards, and dairies. We always guarantee top-tier service, as well as full-flavored meals that are truly of our time and region.

- Founded by Lyle Davis and Sylvia Tawse, Pastures of Plenty is an extension of the way the couple lives: sustainably-focused and deliciously. As one of the original founders of Boulder's Alfalfa's Market, Lyle came to farming by way of his years running the produce department. Consistently searching out and sourcing local and organic fruits and vegetables fueled Lyle's interest in farming. On Pastures of Plenty's 35-acres, Lyle grows over 75 varieties of organic flowers and dozens of varieties of heirloom vegetables. In addition to running the farm, Lyle is also the chef of Plenty Catering. Pastures of Plenty is where Plenty Catering grows and sources its food. True commitment to great food begins with the first link in the food chain -- the growers. With locally-grown fresh flowers, vegetables and herbs harvested from our farm just for local farmers' markets, our CSA members, or on-farm events, we are able to create sustainable links to the food system for our customers.
