At Temkin Law, estate planning is our focus. We don't see the production of documents as our ultimate goal. Rather, we act as your partner and make sure you have a plan that meets your requirements, objectives and values.
Most of our plans revolve around revocable living trusts. Additionally, wills, financial powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney and advance healthcare directives ("Living wills") are all included in our work. Everything is done on a flat-fee basis that is pre-agreed so there won't be any unexpected costs.
For parents of minor children, we provide a special Parent Contingency Plan to make sure that your children will be taken care of in accordance with your wishes, both in the immediate and long-term.
We also offer a complimentary review every three years to evaluate any modifications in your family, assets, health and the law. Plus, our plans include an emotional way to pass down your most valuable assets - your values, stories, insights and experiences. These are the assets that are frequently lost when a loved one passes away.

- I opened Temkin Law in Boulder in 2011 to provide exceptional estate planning service to families looking to ensure that their assets would be managed in the way they would want and by the people they would want in the event of their disability or death, and to ensure that their wishes regarding their own healthcare will be honored and respected in the event of their disability or terminal illness. I also wanted to make sure my clients would have a way to pass on their intangible assets to their loved ones--their stories, insights, values and experiences. It has been exciting to build a business from scratch focused more on client experience than bottom-line profits. In 2014 I expanded my practice to make it easier for clients throughout the Denver Metro area to meet with me by adding client meeting spaces in Denver's LoDo District and the Denver Tech Center.
