At Crafted Concepts, we provide the perfect culinary experience for any event. Our stellar selection of restaurants offers a range of custom options and beautiful spaces to suit any occasion. From intimate dinners for twelve in our wine room, to seated dinners for fifty in our main dining room at Bistro Vendôme, to reception style cocktail parties for large groups, our talented teams of chefs can bring your event to life!

Take a seat outdoors on one of Denver's best hidden patios, or step inside for a French-inspired meal with James Beard award-winning chef Jennifer Jasinski at Rioja. Enjoy creative craft beer pairings with each course at Euclid Hall, with house made sausages and poutines available for up to seventy-eight guests. Experience shared plate pintxos and tapas with Spanish-inspired murals at Ultreia, with full-buyouts and patio seating for up to one hundred guests. Take part in a School of Fish course or team building oyster-shucking lesson at Stoic & Genuine, Denver's premier seafood destination.

  • Chef Jennifer Jasinski and Proprietor Beth Gruitch along with marketing guru John Imbergamo, launched Rioja in November of 2004. Rioja ushered Denver into a new spotlight on the national food scene and won a James Beard Award for Best Chef Southwest in 2013 along with numerous accolades from national and local food press. They subsequently acquired Bistro Vendôme, opened Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen, Stoic & Genuine and Ultreia - all winners of Best New Restaurant and other awards from Denver food media. Joining Jen, Beth and John are Matthew Brooks, Director of Operations along with Tim Kuklinski, Culinary Director who ensure a well-rounded, creative, and thoughtful team to help restaurants and operators run cutting-edge, impeccably designed establishments with ahead-of-the-curve food and beverage programs.
