With two unique SOHO Lofts totaling 20,000 square feet each, you can create an atmosphere that is as open or intimate as you like. The 4th floor loft has twelve floor-to-ceiling windows, original tin ceiling detailing, and dimmable track lighting. The 5th floor also has twelve floor-to-ceiling windows, two 11 x 20 skylights, exposed beamed ceilings, dark hardwood floors, and 200 feet of exposed brick wall.
