Located in Joliet, the firm has 9 agents and is run by Carmen Carter, who has been a full-time Real Estate Broker for 13 years. She is an Air Force Veteran and holds a Bachelor’s degree in business and was even licensed as an Illinois State instructor to teach a class she wrote on Short Sales!

Most recently, the firm was selected to represent Will County, the municipality, in order to purchase property for the new Foreclosure Stabilization Program. This $2.2M Grant was awarded to the County by Lisa Madigan.
