Megan Joy Events offers pre-wedding and wedding day of services that are designed to make the special day go as planned. They provide unlimited communication through phone and email, a wedding questionnaire to help direct the timeline, and create diagrams with All Seated (if available). Additionally, they communicate venue policies and procedures to vendor teams, organize and direct the ceremony rehearsal, and provide a personal assistant to the bride and groom on the day of the wedding.
The services also include Megan being contracted for a 12-hour day from 10:00am to 10:00pm. During this time they will display any personal wedding decor and line up the wedding party. They will cue musicians during the ceremony, ensure the reception runs on schedule and confirm line up for the grand entrance. Lastly, they will distribute gratuities and/or final payments to vendors, set up and tear down any couple’s personal items, and packup the personal decor.
