- I started with Allstate in Fort Myers, Florida in 1989. My father was also an agent and inspired me to become one.
- I earned my BA In history from The University of Central Florida, CPCU designation (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter).
- I studied risk management in college and wanted to apply it in my hometown.
- In 2001 I purchased my father's book of business and merged with mine.
