I specialize in working with startups in Silicon Valley. My goal is to help founders imprint the successful outcome of their startups in their subconscious mind, and then work on nearer future events, such as different rounds of financing or getting some key partners/employers. This technique is called "Remembering The Future".
Startups have a low success rate, so my work is highly beneficial to them. I assist them in creating an action plan to market and make sales of their products. Additionally, I work to help them raise money without giving up equity through generating income from sales. As a Commercial Real Estate Broker, I also represent these businesses in securing office leases.
I continue my support until they reach their desired outcome, which can be an IPO, M&A, or ICO. I also represent them in purchasing office buildings. Apart from that, I am open to representing landlords and sellers of office buildings. Regarding other commercial real estate properties like multiple-family, industrial, retailing, hospitality, farming and others, I evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis. Similarly, I consider business selling/buying and residential real estate on a case-by-case basis.
