About the Business

We take special care of our servicemen and their families, representing veterans from the Army, Navy, Air-force, and Marines with respect to disability benefits, employment, and legal protection from credit and foreclosure proceedings. We provide support for employment and training services to eligible veterans to reintegrate them into meaningful employment within the labor force.

We also accept cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, and burn cases. These include birth injury, nursing home abuse, surgical mistakes, defective medical devices, and defective drug cases. Raul Loya is an expert in trucking accident cases involving 18 wheelers and tractor trailers, as well as cases handled at the Parkland Hospital burn unit and Shriner's hospital for care and treatment.

We accept employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, hostile work environment, whistleblower, and retaliation cases. Raul Loya has a trial verdict of $4 Million for a worker at Bell Helicopter Textron, and $15 Million against for a worker at American Airlines.

Immigration cases involving the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement are also accepted. This includes family based immigration, visas, petitions, Employment work visas, and Deportation defense. Raul Loya follows the Lord's teaching to welcome the strangers among us.
